Do you teach a course with a large number of students taking an online course for the first time? If so, we have a new tool to help them understand how to be successful online learners. The free, self-paced Online Student Orientation is available in Moodle 2.

The course is located in the Students Block on the Moodle frontpage (https://moodle2.louisiana.edu) and is set as a self-enrollable course.

Students who complete course will receive an specific user identified Certificate of Completion to present to you. Encourage your first-time online students or those continuing to log onto Moodle 2, locate the “Free Online Student Orientation” link and self-enroll in the course.
