The Moodle User Group (MUG) held its second meeting in March, and attendees were as excited as ever to share how they use Moodle and to learn more about what Moodle can do to facilitate online teaching.

The Office of Distance Learning's eLearning Media Specialist, Carey Hamburg, led the discussion on preparing faculty to use Moodle. Specifically, attendees shared their experiences using the "Learn How to Use Moodle" resource page and other training preferences (including topics, delivery methods, and frequency).

Additionally, participants were shown how to integrate Panopto lecture capture into Moodle.

If you would like to stay connected with the Moodle User Group, please email Carey Hamburg (carey@louisiana.edu). We hope to see you at the next MUG event!
