As an online student or a faculty member teaching an online course, your success depends on adequate support services. The Office of Distance Learning has partnered with other University departments to deliver just in time resources. To best use information on this site, follow this quick guide for the information located in each link.

• IT & Moodle Support.  Contains a list of services provided to students and UL employees. Call 337-482-HELP (4357) to access phone support including after hours and one weekends.
• Inspect Your Tech. Our best advice to you on the minimum technical requirements that you need to be successful learning or teaching online.  Please follow the advice to avoid known complications.
